HB/DV-PCR qualitative – a kit for qualitative determination of HBV and HDV genome DNA in the test sample. Qualitative PCR kits are used to determine the presence of the infectious agent in the sample.
The “HB/DV-PCR qualitative” kit is intended for qualitative detection of hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA and hepatitis D virus (HDV) RNA by real-time PCR (100 reactions).
• FAM – HBV;
• ROX – HDV;
• HEX – human DNA (HK).

Characteristics | HBV | HDV |
|---|---|---|
Analytical sensitivity of the set | 10 IU/ml *. | 100 IU/ml *. |
Analytical specificity | 98,0%. | 98,2%. |
Due to the use of unique ultraconservative sequences, the "HB/DV-PCR qualitative" reagent set detects HBV A-G and HDV 1-8 genotypes.
Component | Volume | Quantity |
|---|---|---|
Buffer HBDV** | 1.0 ml | 2 pcs |
Positive standard HBDV | 0.5 ml | 1 pcs |
Negative standard | 0.5 ml | 1 pcs |
Nucleic acid isolates from whole blood, plasma or blood serum.
The set is most effective with the following allocation systems:
1. PrEx – precipitation of DNA/RNA
2. MagEx – magnetic extraction of DNA/RNA
Store at the temperature specified on the product label during the entire shelf life. Analytical characteristics are reproduced on the condition that no more than 5 freeze/thaw cycles per tube with buffer.
Product advantages
High specificity
High sensitivity
Easy to use
The buffer is a master mix completely ready to use.
A universal program that allows you to set all sets in one setting
