The JUSHA M550AG 5MP monochrome medical diagnostic monitor is designed primarily for viewing and analyzing mammography studies. High resolution, brightness up to 3000 cd/m² and extended grayscale reproduction provide detailed visualization of diagnostic images. The monitor is also suitable for digital radiography, CT/MRI and other diagnostic studies
• Optimized for mammography diagnostics. The resolution of 2560 × 2048 pixels (5MP) and the pixel size of 0.165 × 0.165 mm provide high detail of mammography images necessary for analyzing small structures and low-contrast changes
• High brightness and contrast. The maximum display brightness is 3000 cd/m², the maximum DICOM-calibrated is 1000 cd/m², and the contrast is 2000:1. The combination of high brightness and contrast expands the available dynamic range and allows you to reproduce more details in grayscale, which contributes to more accurate localization of pathological changes
• Spotlight Mode. The highlight mode of the zones of interest allows you to highlight a separate area of the image for more detailed analysis of small structures and diagnostically significant details
• 16-bit LUT. The increased accuracy of internal processing allows you to better distinguish close grayscales and reduces the error of DICOM display, which is especially important for visualization of low-contrast areas of medical images
• DICOM calibration. DICOM Part 14 compliance and dynamic LUT ensure correct display of images at different levels of brightness, contrast and color temperature, increasing the accuracy and stability of diagnostic assessment of pathological changes
• Full Screen Uniformity technology - pixel-by-pixel calibration reduces the difference in brightness and color temperature (ensures uniformity) between individual areas of the screen, ensuring DICOM compliance across its entire area and reducing the risk of missed or erroneous diagnostic conclusions.
• X-ray Film View (XFV) - digital negatoscope mode. Allows you to temporarily increase the display brightness to the maximum level for viewing X-ray films without using a separate negatoscope.
• Built-in front sensor. Provides continuous control of the actual brightness directly on the display surface and transmits data to the calibration system for automatic correction of display parameters. The brightness of the black and white points, as well as the ambient lighting parameters of the DICOM curve, can be adjusted according to viewing conditions and diagnostic needs, which allows maintaining compliance with the DICOM standard during operation.

Built-in Sensor System:
• Backlight Sensor. Controls and stabilizes the display backlight
• Ambient Light Sensor. Compensates for ambient light
• Front Sensor. Controls and stabilizes brightness and color
• Temperature Sensor. Monitors temperature changes to maintain stable display performance
• Presence Sensor. Automatically switches the monitor to power-saving mode when the operator is not present
Other Features:
• Built-in Quality Assurance (QA) System. Provides monitoring of the display’s condition and stability throughout its lifetime
• Accurate Grayscale Rendering. 10-bit display depth provides 1024 levels of gray, creating smooth transitions between close shades and improving detail in monochrome medical images.
• Accurate internal image processing. 16-bit LUT provides 65,536 levels of internal gray processing, reduces DICOM calibration error, and improves the resolution of close grayscales during diagnostic viewing
• Ultra-narrow bezel. The minimum width of the bezel increases the effective viewing area when working with two monitors and provides a more holistic perception of images in a multi-monitor workplace.
• Multi-stance adjustable stand. Allows you to change the height and angle of the display for a comfortable position during prolonged work with diagnostic images
• Daisy Chain technology. Allows you to connect multiple monitors in series to a single video output of a computer or docking station, simplifying the organization of the workplace and cable connection
• Energy efficiency. In the minimum power consumption mode, the monitor consumes only 0.5 watts, which reduces power consumption and the load on the LED backlight, contributing to the extension of its resource
