5-6.11 at the Training Center for Surgical Innovation with the support of the Medigran company, doctors took a two-day course in ultrasound diagnostics in intensive care.
The course covered the following topics:
- Assessment of intracardiac hemodynamics – valve pathology, work with color Doppler, CW, PW Doppler
- IVC assessment, depending on the clinical situation - COPD, RDS, mechanical ventilation
- Ultrasound support of patients with severe ARDS
- Protocols RUSH, GUCCI. Ultrasound during SCR, practicing team interaction.
Practical classes from professional curator Daniil Olegovich Shipov were held on innovative ultrasound machines Alpinion (South Korea):
